Warranty, Return, Exchange & Cancellation policy
Svun Sounds warrants Blue Star Flutes and not its accessories to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when this instrument is purchased as new from Svun Sounds and is subject to the limitations set forth herein.
This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and may not be transferred or assigned to subsequent owners. Your proof of purchase or sales receipt must accompany all requests for warranty coverage. Please contact us for all warranty issues.

One year warranty
Blue Star Flutes are warranted against possible defects for a period of one year. If treated carefully, flutes will serve you for a long-long time.
Keep in mind that the warranty is not provided on damage caused by improper or negligent treatment, use or changes made by third-party services.
Warranty Does Not Cover:
Rope wear, Bird wear, and carrying case.
Setups, adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind.
Damage to Blue Star Flutes (internal or external or any other material) due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, perspiration, body salts and acids, placing on ground and stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or polishes.
Damage, corrosion or rusting of any Blue Star Flute/its components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to the moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration.
Any damage to Blue Star Flutes resulting from customization or modification.
Normal wear and tear of any part of the Blue Star Flute or accessory.
All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or Acts of Nature.
Any Blue Star Flutes or accessory purchased from anyone other than an Authorized Blue Star Flute Dealer.
Blue Star Flutes that have been serviced by unauthorized persons, Blue Star and Svun Sounds make no other express warranty of any kind whatsoever. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, exceeding the specific provisions of this warranty are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this warranty. Svun Sounds shall not be held liable for any special, indirect consequential, incidental or other similar damage suffered by the purchaser or any third party, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits or business or damages resulting from use or performance of the instrument, even if Blue Star Flutes or its accessory has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and Svun Sounds shall not be liable for any expenses, claims or suits arising out of or relating to any of the foregoing.
To obtain warranty assistance, the instrument must be taken to an authorized dealer with a copy of the sales receipt to obtain a Returns Authorization. The product must be shipped to Svun Sounds. All shipping and insurance, including any perceived “collector” value, are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.
Upon arrival at the facility, a determination will be made whether the defect is covered under the terms of the warranty. If the repair is covered under the terms of the warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to the original purchaser including return shipping. If the repair is not covered under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the original purchaser for their approval.
Can I return/replace my flute?
We do not accept return of wind instruments due to the reason of maintaining the hygiene and as a precautionary measure against Covid-19 as the instrument has the potential to be exposed to the mouth area. You will not be able to replace your flute as it has been specifically handcrafted for you, unless it has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a replacement, you need to initiate a ticket HERE within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product you have ordered must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. If the product's original packaging has been tampered, you will not be eligible for replacement.
After we receive the product from you, we will notify you once your replacement has been shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped - whichever is earlier.
The respective refunded amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days after we have received the product.
Please note, a transaction cost of 2% of your total invoice value will be non-refundable.
