Warranty, Return, Exchange & Cancellation policy

Limited Warranty:


Svun Sounds warrants Hardcase Technologies products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser when the product is purchased as new from Svun Sounds and is subject to the limitations set forth herein.


This warranty is extended to the original retail purchaser only and may not be transferred or assigned to subsequent owners. Your proof of purchase or sales receipt must accompany all requests for warranty coverage. Please contact us for all warranty issues.


The images and the videos used on the website are for representational purpose only and have been used from Hardcase Technologies official YouTube channel and website. 


One year warranty

Cases of improper use are indicated in the general warranty and will not be covered by the guarantee. The incorrect use of our products will annul our one year warranty and the money-back guarantee too.


Warranty Does Not Cover:

  1. Zippers, nuts and bolts, and other minor components.

  2. Setups, adjustments or routine maintenance of any kind.

  3. Damage to HCT product (internal or external or any other material) due to changes in temperature or humidity, exposure to or contact with sun, fire, moisture, perspiration, body salts and acids, placing on ground and stands/hangers made from vinyl, plastic, rubber or other synthetic materials, any other chemicals or polishes.

  4. Damage, corrosion or rusting of any HCT components caused by humidity, salty air, or exposure to the moisture, body salts and acids of perspiration.

  5. Any damage to HCT products resulting from customization or modification.

  6. Normal wear and tear of any part of the bag or accessory.

  7. All other damage and deterioration due to normal usage, wear and tear, aging, accidents, neglect, abuse, or Acts of Nature.

  8. Any HCT product purchased from anyone other than an Authorized HCT Dealer.

  9. HCT products that have been serviced by unauthorized persons, Hardcase Technologies and Svun Sounds make no other express warranty of any kind whatsoever. All implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, exceeding the specific provisions of this warranty are hereby disclaimed and excluded from this warranty. Svun Sounds shall not be held liable for any special, indirect consequential, incidental or other similar damage suffered by the purchaser or any third party, including without limitation, damages for loss of profits or business or damages resulting from use or performance of the instrument, even if HCT product has been advised of the possibility of such damages, and Svun Sounds shall not be liable for any expenses, claims or suits arising out of or relating to any of the foregoing.



To obtain warranty assistance, the instrument must be taken to an authorized dealer with a copy of the sales receipt to obtain a Returns Authorization. The product must be shipped to Svun Sounds. All shipping and insurance, including any perceived “collector” value, are the sole responsibility of the original purchaser.


Upon arrival at the facility, a determination will be made whether the defect is covered under the terms of the warranty. If the repair is covered under the terms of the warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to the original purchaser including return shipping. If the repair is not covered under warranty, an estimate of the cost of the repair will be given to the original purchaser for their approval.

I’ve ruined my bag, can I have a new one using my warranty?

Yes, if the bag has been ruined within one year from the purchase date and due to manufacturing defects. You should initiate your complaint HERE. An officer will verify if the defect is due to a manufacturing problem or to your neglect. You must also show your purchase invoice while raising a claim.


What can I do if my bag has been irreparably ruined at the airport? 

Unfortunately it is not our responsibility. We recommend you to contact the luggage department for a refund. You can be reimbursed showing your purchase invoice because of airport negligence. The law permits it.


Can I use the warranty if a shoulder strap breaks/if I lose screws or small parts that can be substituted? 

Each Evatek is equipped with a basic screws set. The incorrect use of our products will annul our one year warranty and the money-back guarantee too.

Can I return my HCT product?

Yes, only if the seal on the shipment box is not broken. You can send the product back to us in Pune, Maharashtra, at your expense, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Packaging and shipment costs will be paid by the customer. You will only need to initiate a Ticket HERE to start the return procedure. Please note, any damage incurred on the product due to improper packaging while returning, will result in no-refund to the customer. 

Refunds processed against returns will not include the charges paid towards shipping/logistics at the time of placing the order, except in case where the product received had damage/defect during the time of delivery. 

The refund will only be initiated upon inspection of the product when received back at the facility.

The respective refunded amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days after we have received the product. 

Please note, a transaction cost of 2% of your total invoice value will be non-refundable.


Can I replace my HCT product? 

Replacement will only be offered if the product received has any manufacturing defects. To be eligible for a replacement, you need to initiate a ticket HERE within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product you have ordered must be in the same condition and packaging that you received it in. If the product's original packaging has been tampered, you will not be eligible for replacement.

After we receive the product from you, we will notify you once your replacement has been shipped. 


Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order or before your order has been shipped - whichever is earlier.

The respective refunded amount will reflect in your account in 5-7 working days after we have received the product. 

Please note, a transaction cost of 2% of your total invoice value will be non-refundable.
